Another Heartbreaker for Arizona

For the Diamondbacks, this loss stings. Arenado’s solo shot kept them in the game, but Arizona’s bullpen simply didn’t have the horses when extra innings came calling. Ginkel couldn’t record an out in the 10th, a damning indictment of Arizona’s depth. When you can’t get through the ninth inning with your closer healthy and ready, you’re going to lose these kinds of games.
